해병대 군수단 납품 장비, 한미 연합 군수전투제대 훈련 현장에 실제 투입

에이엠솔루션즈가 해병대 군수단에 납품한 로봇 금속 3D 프린팅 장비가 실제 훈련 현장에 투입되어 운용되었습니다.

이번 훈련은 3월 23일부터 27일까지 진행된 한미 해병대 KMEP 연합 군수전투제대 훈련으로, 연합 군수지원 운용성과 실전적 정비지원 능력 향상을 목표로 실시되었습니다.

특히 이번 훈련에서는 지난해 도입된 3D 프린터가 처음으로 투입되어, 단종되거나 조달이 어려운 수리부속을 신속하게 자체 제작하는 훈련이 이뤄졌습니다. 전장 환경에서 필요한 부품을 빠르게 제작·적용해 장비 복구와 군수지원의 속도를 높일 수 있다는 점에서 의미가 큽니다.

에이엠솔루션즈는 금속 적층제조 기술이 실제 운용 환경에서 활용될 수 있도록, 현장 중심의 제조 솔루션을 지속적으로 고도화해 나가겠습니다.

AM Solutions equipment supplied to the Republic of Korea Marine Corps Logistics Group deployed in ROK-U.S. combined logistics combat service support training

The robotic metal 3D printing system supplied by AM Solutions to the Republic of Korea Marine Corps Logistics Group was deployed and operated in an actual field training exercise.

This training was conducted as part of the ROK-U.S. Marine Corps KMEP combined logistics combat service support exercise held from March 23 to 27, with the goal of enhancing combined logistics support interoperability and practical maintenance support capabilities.

In particular, this marked the first deployment of the 3D printer introduced last year. During the exercise, it was used to train rapid in-house production of repair parts that are discontinued or difficult to procure. This is especially meaningful in that it demonstrates the ability to quickly manufacture and apply required parts in battlefield conditions, thereby accelerating equipment recovery and logistics support.

AM Solutions will continue to advance field-oriented manufacturing solutions so that metal additive manufacturing technologies can be effectively utilized in real operational environments.
